HOUSE CLEANER

Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / As-Needed.

Location: DMV.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of a private residence. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects the privacy of the household, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and staircases.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, baseboards, and fixtures.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers.
Clean and sanitize kitchen, including countertops, appliances, stovetop, and sink.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Change and launder bed linens as directed.
Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Organize and tidy rooms according to household standards.
Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) as needed.
Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or supply needs promptly.
Follow any specific cleaning protocols or product preferences of the household.

Requirements:

Prior housekeeping or residential cleaning experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Trustworthy, professional, and respectful of household privacy.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation.
References required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a private estate or luxury residence.
Familiarity with specialty surfaces (hardwood, marble, stainless steel).
Knowledge of eco-friendly or chemical-sensitive cleaning products.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience $13-$20 / hour.
